Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You may return items within 15 days of receipt of your order.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.
• Return Process
• Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at provaactivewear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
• Packaging: Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.

Shipping Charges

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Original Shipping: The original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Free Replacement ShippingIf you request an exchange or replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) to you.

Refund and Store Credit Process

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
• Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive the refund amount as store credit in your Prova wallet, as points, or as a coupon for future purchases.
• Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Personal care items (e.g., undergarments)
